The minutes from the January 26, 2010 meeting are available for viewing here, or by visiting the "Pension Minutes" page at left. The March minutes are being reviewed. Keep in mind that the minutes from each meeting are not approved until the next meeting convenes, which is normally two (2) months.

The Pension Board website has been updated with new minutes, meeting dates, and plan document. We are working to update Actuarial Valuation Statements.
We apologize for the hiatus; it appeared the site was not receiving any visits. We are in the process of scanning and uploading minutes. As always, you may attend the regular meetings or ask the City Clerk's office for copies of any past meeting.
We are working to bring the information up to date. The 2008 pension minutes have been posted to the Pension Minutes page in the left column. We are working to get the May and July minutes posted as soon as possible.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Pension Board will take place September 23, 2008. The minutes from the July meeting will be posted as soon as possible. The Board is waiting to receive the results from the 2008 Actuarial Valuation, which will report the state of the plan as of December 31, 2008.
The next regular meeting of the Pension Board will be January 22, 2008 at 3:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the third floor conference room at city hall.
